Candidates can obtain the paperwork needed to appear on the ballot from the Township Clerk.
All petitions and affidavits are due back to the Clerk by April 23, 2024 by 4pm.
Residential Rentals Ordinance & Application
Notice of Adoption by Publication: Alabaster Township, Iosco County, Residential Rentals Ordinance 2023-01 ADOPTED.
This Ordinance requires the annual application and permit for Short-Term and Long-Term Rentals. This Ordinance allows for 10% of Residential Zoned Districts to be permitted for Short-Term Rentals. This Ordinance shall be effective 30 days following this Publication of the Ordinance on May 26, 2023. The Residential Rentals Ordinance was duly adopted by the Alabaster Township Board of Trustees on April 18, 2023 in a Special Meeting of the Board.
